Social proofing (or customer reviews in the context of this blog) is vital for any online business. Here at Babyshoes HQ we are no different, priding ourselves not only on the quality of our beautiful selection of baby shoes and socks, but also the customer service that we provide.
Everyone who works here knows how important it is that each touch point we have with our customers result in a positive experience…even if the initial contact was as a result of some negative feedback.
One thing that we have been unapologetically adamant about over recent years is maintaining our customer service levels, regardless of the size and growth of our business.
With 9/10 customers checking reviews before finalising a purchase online, it was important to us that we utilise a review platform that provides real opinions of real people.
Feefo – our review platform
We came across Feefo some years ago and it ticked all the boxes for us. All review requests are verified through our online order system, so only people who have placed an order on our website have the ability to provide feedback. Feefo also don’t allow their users to change or remove negative reviews, which was an important point for us.
For the past few years we have received the highest accolade from Feefo, which is the Platinum Trusted Service Award, which is in recognition of the high levels of customer service acknowledged by our customers.

Amazing service 5* Ordered shoes on Thursday evening, added a msg that if possible I needed them by the wkd and arrived Saturday morning 🤩…..can’t ask more than that!!
