Our advice is to measure your little one’s feet at home yourself. The easiest way to do this is to place a piece of paper on a flat surface against a wall. Get your little one to stand on the paper with their heel against the wall. Mark next to their big toe and then take a note of the measurement in centimetres (to the nearest millimetre). Each product page details the measurements for each shoe size, so once you know the length of your child’s feet, it’s just a case of selecting the most appropriate size.

We advise that you regularly check the size of your children’s feet as it’s important that they wear the correct size shoes in order for their feet to develop healthily and naturally.
There is no right or wrong answer to the question, it simply depends on how quickly your child’s feet develop but we would advise that as soon as your child has started standing holding on to furniture etc. our first walkers are suitable.
The rule of thumb is that if you can slide your little finger down the back of the shoe then there is enough room for movement.
A high quality material such as leather helps ensure healthy foot development, particular for little ones feet. Leather is a highly durable and flexible material. It is a natural material that allows the skin breath, rather than trapping sweat inside. Leather becomes more and more flexible while still keeping its shape and strength, as it moulds to its owners lifestyle, shape and way of use. Despite being a cheaper alternative, synthetic materials such as plastic offer little flexibility and do not allow the feet to breath.
No, each of our brands are made to a different fit in terms of width and length. We stock a large range of styles, and the fit of each is detailed on the product pages.
If you’re not happy with your item(s), you can return them for a full refund. If the shoes don’t fit, we can exchange them for a different size.

When ordering using our standard UK delivery service (48 Hour Tracked Royal Mail) delivery usually takes 2 working days. However, delivery time can vary and we would ask that you allow up to 7 days. If your shoes have not arrived within 7 days then please contact us. Next day delivery is available if ordered before 3pm Monday-Friday (excluding UK bank holidays).
No, the delivery you pay is per order, not per item – so the charge is the same for one pair of shoes as it is for multiple pairs. We offer FREE standard delivery for all orders over £50 (UK only).
We accept Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, MasterCard SecureCode and Maestro. We also accept PayPal.
If your credit/debit card has been declined, you can re-submit your order using a different card. For information on why your card was declined please contact you card issuer.
Your three-digit security code can be found on the reverse of your credit/debit card, generally on the signature strip. You are asked to disclose this code when making online or telephone purchases to prove card verification and help prevent credit/debit card fraud.
