What is your returns policy?
If you're not happy with your item(s), you can return them for a full refund. If the shoes don’t fit, we can exchange them for a different size.

When should I expect delivery of my shoes?
When ordering using our standard UK delivery service (1st class Royal Mail) delivery usually takes 2 working days. However, delivery time can vary and we would ask that you allow up to 7 days. If your shoes have not arrived within 7 days then please contact us.
Next day delivery is available if ordered before 1pm Monday-Friday (excl. UK bank holidays).
Do I get charged delivery for each item I've ordered?
No, the delivery you pay is per order, not per item - so the charge is the same for one pair of shoes as it is for multiple pairs. We offer FREE standard delivery for all orders over £50 (UK only).
What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, MasterCard SecureCode, JCB and Maestro. We also accept PayPal.
What should I do if my credit/debit card is declined when placing an order?
If your credit/debit card has been declined, you can re-submit your order using a different card. For information on why your card was declined please contact you card issuer.
What is my three-digit security code?
Your three-digit security code can be found on the reverse of your credit/debit card, generally on the signature strip. You are asked to disclose this code when making online or telephone purchases to prove card verification and help prevent credit/debit card fraud.
Will I receive a confirmation after placing an order?
Yes, we'll send you an email to tell you everything has gone through. We'll also email you when your order has been despatched.
Is your online shopping secure?
Your credit information and personal data is secure when shopping on our web site. Our web site uses Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption technology, which renders information unreadable should anyone attempt to intercept it.
To verify your connection is secure, check the bottom of your browser window in your status bar and you should see an unbroken key or a closed lock. That tells you the SSL is active and your information is secure.
Babyshoes takes every measure possible to ensure the privacy of your personal information. At no time will we share any unauthorised information stored in our customer database with any third party. We currently use outside delivery companies to deliver orders, and a credit card processing company for the Internet purchases. These companies do not retain, share, store or use personally identifiable information for any secondary purposes.
How do I get on your mailing list and how often will you contact me?
Simply sign up to receive our monthly emails containing Babyshoes news and special offers. We also periodically send additional updates on new products and promotions.
How old should my child be before I buy their first pair of shoes?
There is no right or wrong answer to the question, it simply depends on how quickly your child’s feet develop but we would advise that as soon as your child has started standing holding on to furniture etc. our first walkers are suitable.
How much room do I allow for growth in the shoes?
The rule of thumb is that if you can slide your little finger down the back of the shoe then there is enough room for movement.
